The online platform eliminates cumbersome queues and manual paper handling at district deputy commissioner offices by providing end-to-end digital processing, biometric Nadra verification integration, and secure QR-coded document issuance.
Applicants can now register via mobile OTP, upload scanned identity papers and matriculation records, pay government verification fees through digital banking apps, and receive instant appointment slots for rapid physical biometrics confirmation.
Sindh IT officials highlighted that the average turnaround time for domicile processing will drop from three weeks to under 96 hours, significantly benefiting students applying for medical colleges and competitive civil service examinations.
